Sauer Land Surveying, Inc. (SLSI) is a surveying and engineering company located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Co-owned by Wade Hacker and Joe Herendeen, PS, SLSI serves Allen County and the surrounding counties in Northeast Indiana.

Founded in 1993 by John C. Sauer and incorporated in 1999, the company has over 75 years of combined experience in a variety of areas, which enables SLSI the ability to handle a multitude of projects and services. SLSI's expertise includes: Residential property surveys, commercial property surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographical surveys, engineering, utility planning, and erosion control and design.

With a successful history in commercial development and residential plat design and implementation, coupled with experience handling municipal regulations, routings, and approval processes, ensures the most timely and cost-effective completion of clients' projects. 

SLSI utilizes the most up-to-date GPS and robotic total station equipment, as well as Carlson Survey 2024 Embedded AutoCAD® and Civil3D® software, to ensure the most accurate and visually concise results. SLSI is continually reinvesting in cutting-edge technologies through employee training, education, and research. SLSI's goal is to always meet and surpass clients' expectations now and into the future.
