Founded in 1993 by John C. Sauer and incorporated in 1999, SLSI has been co-owned by Wade Hacker and Joe Herendeen since John retired in 2019. Our team brings over 75 years of combined experience, along with a strong track record in commercial development, residential plat design, and navigating municipal regulations and approval processes — so your project gets completed accurately and on schedule.
